RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to absolutely love every purchase you make with us!

The policy below applies to orders shipped outside the European Union. If you live in the EU, please see “EU Customers” at the end of this policy.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and stress-free return process within a generous 10-day window.

Please remember that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable.

Also, items labeled as sale or outlet are final sale and cannot be returned.

As a valued customer, please note that you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.

 

 

RETURNS

To get started with your return, simply contact us at contact@littlecreativefactory.com to request your return label forms. The return label issued by LCF will incur a $15 fee. We can only accept returns for items that are in perfect condition, still have their original labels attached, and are in intact packaging. Please be aware that LCF is unable to cover any lost parcels during the return process. (If you enjoyed free shipping on your order, a $15 fee will be deducted from your credit.) 

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for different sizes or items. If you wish to try a different product or size, we recommend placing a new order. 

 

REFUNDS

We are confident you’ll be delighted with your purchases! However, if you need to return anything, we’re happy to accept unworn and unwashed merchandise for STORE CREDIT. Just a reminder—the LCF policy does not allow for refunds on returns. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you with the best shopping experience possible!

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders ship from New York. Shipping is free on international orders over $200 USD.

European Union: duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing to pay on delivery and no customs fees at your door.

Other countries: import duties and taxes are set by your country’s customs and may be collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

EU CUSTOMERS: 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This applies to full-price and sale items.

How to withdraw: request a cancellation or return from your account under Orders, or email contact@littlecreativefactory.com with your order number and the items you want to return. A clear statement is enough; you may also use the EU model withdrawal form, available on request. Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

Condition: items should be unworn and unwashed, with original labels attached. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item. Swimwear and underwear can be returned only if unworn and with the hygiene protection still in place.

Refunds: we refund the price of the items and the original standard shipping cost to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request. We may wait until we receive the items, or proof that you sent them, before issuing the refund.

Return shipping: EU returns go to our logistics partner in Portugal, so there is no need to ship back to the US. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please use a tracked service and include your order number in the parcel.

Duties and taxes: EU orders are delivered with duties and taxes already paid, so there is nothing for you to reclaim.
