Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and stress-free return process within a generous 10-day window.

Please remember that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable.

Also, items labeled as sale or outlet are final sale and cannot be returned.

As a valued customer, please note that you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.

**RETURNS** To get started with your return, simply contact us at contact@littlecreativefactory.com to request your return label forms. The return label issued by LCF will incur a $15 fee. We can only accept returns for items that are in perfect condition, still have their original labels attached, and are in intact packaging. Please be aware that LCF is unable to cover any lost parcels during the return process. (If you enjoyed free shipping on your order, a $15 fee will be deducted from your credit.)

**EXCHANGES** Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for different sizes or items. If you wish to try a different product or size, we recommend placing a new order.

**REFUNDS** We are confident you’ll be delighted with your purchases! However, if you need to return anything, we’re happy to accept unworn and unwashed merchandise for STORE CREDIT. Just a reminder—the LCF policy does not allow for refunds on returns. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you with the best shopping experience possible!
