SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges will be added to your order.
All orders are shipped with an international courier company except for orders to Russia that will be sent via Spanish national post.

Spain (except Islas Canarias) & Andorra 4,00€
Europe & Canary Islands 9,90€ (UK, France, Portugal, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco. Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Ireland, Greece, Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus.)
USA & Canada 14,90€
Rest of the world 17,90€

The shipping cost of the order will be automatically calculated according to the country of delivery. The shipping fees will be added to your order once your order is confirmed.

International shipments outside the European Economic Community might incur additional taxes, duties or customs fees. LCF cannot control or predict these additional costs that the customer may have to assume.

DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery periods are calculated from payment confirmation. Orders are prepared and dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday.

Spain 2 – 5 working days
Europe, 5-10 working days
Rest of the World, 10-15 working days

 

FREE SHIPPING
LCF occasionally offers free delivery and will clearly indicate so on its website.
Free delivery will be applied to your order at the end of the buying process.

DELIVERY STATUS
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona within 2 workings days. Once your package is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

SHIPPING AND COLLECTION
During the registration process at www.littlecreativefactory.com you will be required to register or provide your personal address information. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping with each order. A tracking number will be provided upon request. This number will allow you to track your package at all times.

Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays due to destination customs clearance.

INSURANCE
LCF insures each purchase during the transit time.

FORCE MAJEURE
In case of Force Majeure, LCF obligations are compromised.
In such cases, LCF or customers can partially or fully end any obligations related to the purchase process.
A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
Should these unexpected circumstances occur, LCF will do as much as it can to resolve any issue.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES CONDITIONS
Returns, refunds and exchanges should be made no more than 14 days after delivery date.
All exchanges are subject to availability from LCF stock, so please contact us as soon as possible to reserve another product/size.

Returns will only be accepted if items are in perfect condition, with original labels and fully intact original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the returned product(s) until receipt by LCF. Any return should be returned no later than 14 days after LCF validation date.
LCF will not compensate for lost parcels during the return process.
Upon reception and validation of returned items in perfect condition, LCF will go ahead with the new shipment and process the agreed refund within 30 days, using the same payment method.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Cost of returning goods assumed by the customer.
No additional duties will be refunded.
Shipping fees for the exchanged item will be assumed by the customer except in case of special agreement with LCF.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Any return should be communicated and validated by LCF. Please contact contact@littlecreativefactory.com.
All shipping fees are assumed by the customer, except in case of defective goods previously validated by LCF.
All returns must be clearly labelled as “returned goods” on any documents as well as on the parcel.
All returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice.

FAULTY ITEMS
In cased of faulty items contact LCF by mail at: contact@littlecreativefactory.com no longer than 14 days from receipt of items.
LCF will inform customers about the process to be followed for each specific case.
Exchanges of the same item and size will be made according to availability.
LCF will determine if the costs of returned faulty items are assumed by LCF.
In case no replacement is available, customers can choose between receiving a voucher for the item amount or a refund using the same payment method.
